Buckhorn is one of five United Methodist camps in Colorado for youth and teens. Summer camp for junior high school-aged youth explores nature and the outdoors. Camp Timberline (Estes Park), 217 W. Olive, 484-8462
Camp Timberline is a Christian sports and mountain adventure camp outside of Estes Park for 8-18 year olds. The camp offers youth a chance to play, meet friends, have fun, and invest in their social, physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being. Sports clinics are taught based on individual skills, and the camp setting also allows for lots of outdoor adventure. Call for information and an updated application.

This five-day outdoor camp for 13-18 year olds is held each August. The purpose of the camp is to expose teens to the sport of kayaking. The camp goals are to safely have fun, meet new people, and experience new surroundings while learning kayaking skills.

A Summer Camp for kids with attention deficit disorder. This is an 8- week camp especially for kids ages 6 to 15 with ADD or ADHD. It will be one part camp, one part boot camp and another part tutoring to help get ADD/ADHD kids on track at school and at home.This is a first of it's kind in Fort Collins, and will focus on a strict behavior modification model. A rewards/points system is used, and campers will need to earn a certain number of points each week to participate in the camp's weekly Friday outing. The Summer Teen Camp at the Young People's Learning Center offers overnight camping trips to Wyoming, Mount Rushmore, and Colorado Springs. Also takes full day trips to Six Flags Elitch's, Water World, Fun Plex, Rockies games, and white water rafting.
